Add Glance — lightweight macOS Markdown viewer

Glance is a native macOS Markdown viewer built with Tauri 2. It fills the
gap of a dedicated, privacy-focused .md file viewer — no editing, no cloud,
no telemetry. Features syntax highlighting (Shiki), mermaid diagrams, table
of contents, and file watching with auto-reload.
