Add SaneApps (SaneBar, SaneClip, SaneHosts, SaneClick) (#1804)

Added 4 open-source macOS utilities from the SaneApps suite:

- SaneBar in Menu Bar Tools section (after Bartender)
- SaneClip in Clipboard Tools section
- SaneHosts in Developer Tools section (near Gas Mask)
- SaneClick in Finder Tools section

All apps are open-source (GPL v3), macOS native (Swift), privacy-first (zero telemetry).
