tests: remove the 'none' server 
Only actually needed servers should be listed and none is then implied
if no servers are listed.

Outputs a warning if "none" is still set as a server.

Closes #18466

option: disallow username in URL 
Adds CURLOPT_DISALLOW_USERNAME_IN_URL and --disallow-username-in-url. Makes
libcurl reject URLs with a username in them.

Closes #2340
