To formalize they are now XML-compliant (with some asterisks.)
Also to help syntax highlighters work on them to make their content more
readable.

Mostly in `<protocol>` sections, some in `<data*>` and `<upload>`.
Reducing the number of `tests/data/test*`:
- CRLF newlines from 21535 to 11337.
- files with mixed newlines from 1335 to 707.
Also delete empty `<protocol>` sections.

The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so
widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted.
Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on.

... and add "MAILINDEX".
As described in #2789, this is a suggested solution. Changing UID=xx to
actually get mail with UID xx and add "MAILINDEX" to get a mail with a
special index in the mail box (old behavior). So MAILINDEX=1 gives the
first non deleted mail in the mail box.

Continued segregating the email protocol tests, into their own protocol
based ranges, in preparation of adding more e-mail related tests to the
test suite.
They were all wrong previously since none used the <brackets> they
should for MAIL FROM. Now libcurl adds them itself if the app doesn't so
they end up wrong less easy.
properly in angle brackets. Recipients provided with CURLOPT_MAIL_RCPT now
get angle bracket wrapping automatically by libcurl unless the recipient
starts with an angle bracket as then the app is assumed to deal with that
properly on its own.
sequences in uploaded data. The test server doesn't "decode" escaped dot-lines
but instead test cases must be written to take them into account. Added test
case 803 to verify dot-escaping.
