To formalize they are now XML-compliant (with some asterisks.)
Also to help syntax highlighters work on them to make their content more
readable.

There remain some false positives, hits in test data, and `dir` use,
around 100 issues in total.
There is no plan to enforce badwords on tests.
Also:
- badwords.txt: let a few `manpage[s]` occurrences through
(in Perl code).

Before this patch not all tests used `%FILE_PWD` with the `file://`
protocol.
Keep `%PWD` for test1145, to keep it fail on Windows like the test
expects.

After 957bc1881e, we no longer compute an
expected_size for directories. This has the upshot that when we compare
even an empty Range with the available size, we fail.
This brings back the previous behaviour, which was to succeed, but with
empty content. This also removes the "Accept-ranges: bytes" header,
which is nonsensical on directories.
