Viktor Szakats	b5ea0736bb	tests/data: add XML prolog to test files ... To formalize they are now XML-compliant (with some asterisks.) Also to help syntax highlighters work on them to make their content more readable. Also: - Delete empty comment decorations. - GHA/checksrc: simplify XML check. - runtests: fail to load test data with XML prolog missing. Viktor Szakats	f6cb707b6a	tests: replace %PWD with %FILE_PWD for file:// ... Before this patch not all tests used `%FILE_PWD` with the `file://` protocol. Keep `%PWD` for test1145, to keep it fail on Windows like the test expects. Cherry-picked from #14949 Closes #15090	2024-09-30 23:48:00 +02:00

Dan Fandrich	db900ab732	test1440/1: depend on well-defined file: behaviour ... Depend on the known behaviour of URLs for nonexistent files rather than the undefined behaviour of URLs for directories (which fails on Windows). Dan Fandrich	1890d59905	tool_writeout: fixed a buffer read overrun on --write-out ... If a % ended the statement, the string's trailing NUL would be skipped and memory past the end of the buffer would be accessed and potentially displayed as part of the --write-out output.
